This is my first monochrome painting for this challenge. Full of blues and subtle greens. This might make some people moody, but it fills me with a sense of security, hence the title. Sure. You could just concentrate on the negative OR you take a conscious effort and focus on the positive things in your life that surround you. Whenever I find myself complaining too much I give myself the task to come up with 5 things I am grateful for right now. Can you do that, too?
