I’m such a softie. Don’t watch a movie with me because I will probably cry and I hate when other people see me cry. And yet I can’t be mad that I feel so much so deeply. These sensitivities are what help me create beauty and make art on a daily basis. Is there something inside of you that you have learned to see as a mistake, or hindrance but is in fact a hidden strength? What did you have to hide in the past to be more acceptable, more palatable?
